Pico screen grey.

Has anyone had issues with hooking up the pico 6 to a lap top only to have the following option appear:
Cannot find a device. Please connect or use example screen.
The screen (Laptop is grey) and we have a red light on Pico unit instead of green.Scope is not connected to anything else except for the laptop.
Scope has been used previously without issue until now.
Wondering if it is a Scope issue or another problem.

We need some more information :-

Which device do you have ?
What software are you trying to use ?
What O/S do you have on the laptop ?

Hi Martin.
We are using the Picoscope 4425.
Software is Pico 6.14.25.5247.
Operating system is Windows 7.
Have Uninstalled and then re-installed the program.
Tried on another laptop this morning and it is working ok on that unit, so seems Pico unit is fine.
Any clues as to why it isn't working on the second laptop.
