Only able to enable 2 channels on 4 channel device

Guys,

First of all great product.

Silly question tho: We have a Picoscope 5442D, 4 channel unit and in the latest Picoscope software we are only able to enable 2 channels, rather than 4.

The Software at the top of the screen shows the options to enable channels C and D, but alas they are grayed out.

Are we doing something silly here? Or is the 5442D only a 2 channel unit?

Channels C and D will only operate if you have the power supply plugged in.
