Cannot access the PicoScope through LabVIEW

I'm using a PicoScope 6404D, Windows 7 Prof., LabVIEW 18 (32-bit). I have installed the PicoScope SDK (32-bit) and driver. Downloaded the block transfer example VI. When I tried the VI, I get an access error that can be traced to a dll call to OpenUnit function. The error code is not documented in the VI. I have attached a picture of the error message box for illustration. The PicoScope software does find the device and it works well in block mode. Any idea why access doesn't work from the LabVIEW VI? Thanks!

Hi,

I have not seen this error message before.
Are use the latest version of the SDK package and the latest example from our github repository? Links below-

If you need to update your example you will also need the llb and shared folder llb-
