Single trigger stops measurement

Post by ahmadrinno » Tue Oct 29, 2019 1:29 pm

Hello everyone. I have a Picoscope 2406B with 6.14.15 software. And up until recently it worked perfectly.

I am measuring from an acoustic emission sensor. I have used the single trigger before, and it worked perfectly. Now that I am trying to do it again the trigger doens't seem to be working properly. If I select the single trigger configuration, the device will trigger immediately even though the voltage is far below the trigger point. After the unwanted trigger the measurement will not start again no matter how many times I press run.

The only triggers that work are "none" and "Auto"

We would need to see a psdata file where it triggered even though the trigger signal was too low, then we would be able to comment.
