Wrong current on TA167 current clamp

Post by glomet » Thu Dec 20, 2018 2:13 pm

Hi,
I have a strange problem on my TA167 current clamp with the PicoScope 3403.

When i try to measure a DC current, there is an offset putting my measurement on negative value but without any current flowing through the clamp, the offset desapear.

I have tried on many current source, it seems the clamp need more than 4A in 200A mode to show positive value. HAve you got some ideas ?

Regards,

Guillaume

If you are still experiencing issues can you email a psdata file to support@picotech.com and the team can take a look at your setup and readings.
