picolog6 continuous restart problem!!!

Good morning
I have a model 2206A oscilloscope

As soon as you start the picolog6 with the connected device, the software will restart continuously.
I have no idea why this happens.

Which version of PicoLog 6 are you using ?

Latest version 6.1.7

The PC used is a dell D420 with windows 7 ultimate 32bit

The picoscope software works perfectly.
Is there a compatibility problem with the hardware components of my computer?

Greetings! I have the same problem with Picolog6, on my newly purchased 2207B MSO. Running Win7 Pro 32bit on a Lenovo Thinkpad T510, 4GB RAM, Core i5 560 CPU.

Can you check with the 6.1.8 Beta version of the software, available from the download tab above, and see if the problem still exists.

Thanks for the suggestion (and for replying in the 'three dark days' between Christmas and the New Year!) - I've just installed the beta and the problem persists. I have installed 6.1.7 on another Lenovo machine (X60T), and the problem is there as well.
The restarting only occurs after I have plugged in the 'scope, connected it on the initial Picolog screen and configured a channel - as soon as I click "Add channel" and the red LED on the scope comes on, a relay clicks on and Picolog goes into the loop.

We have identified the problem and a fix has been implemented and is currently under test. This should be rolled out in the next stable release of the software.
