Driver question

Hi everyone,
I wonder if anyone has had problems using the ADC24 over USB3.0 or with PicoLog 6? When I launch the program it tells me that there are driver problems and that they should be reinstalled. However, this error persists after reinstallation.
I tried to troubleshoot the drivers in Device manager. It says that there may be an issue using the device over USB 3.0.
PicoLog runs (single channel) for around 2 hours then stops logging, even though I have changed the power management settings for both the computer and USB ports. (I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise)
I'm not sure if these problems are related or not.
Any advice?

There has been a driver installation bug fix in the latest version of PicoLog 6 available from our downloads page
Would you be able to see whether this solves the problem you've been having?
