Re: Decoding CAN

can you post a .psdata file (upload it somewhere)
O and use a higher sample rate by setting the 1MS on top to 10 or 100 MS

Re: Record Length streaming mode

I have done this in C++ and run it for over a month with a data rate of 1MS/sec.
So there is no limitation on the SDK side.
Don't know if the MATLAB has some limitations.

Re: Unable to trigger on CAN ID or CAN frame error

Other option and more fun to do is hacking the .psdata format and write .psdata files.

Re: Unable to trigger on CAN ID or CAN frame error

With peeking i mean the PicosSocpe6 software has some interface to export the received data in realtime to a external application (TCP or something else) so this application can look at the samples at the same time as the PicoScope6 software does. Extra bonus points if the external application can s...

A psdata file would be help full so we can see how some settings for decoding are done.

Re: Unable to trigger on CAN ID or CAN frame error

Is it possible to run the PicoScope6 software in streaming mode and let some other (preferably C or C++) program peek at the data at the same time. I know this will be a feature request :D And if generate a software trigger from this code (treated as a hardware trigger with some delay because of USB...

Re: TA 300 Current Probe

It is not hard to figure out how the 4444 probe detection and powering works.
I did it 2 years back just out of curiosity how the 4444 knows witch type of probe is connected.

Don't know if I can post my findings without my post being removed.

Re: Question on technical capabilities of Picoscope

Streaming mode you can log for as long as the PC has enough memory. I had made some application to analyse the data in code and only save the result of the analyse. It was streaming at 5Ms/sec and run for a couple of weeks. This is only possible with the SDK, the PicoScope application is limited to ...

Re: PicoScope 6 Sampling Rate Adjustment

Is there any planning on increasing the 100M samples limit for 64 bit systems.
If you have a 16GB or even 32GB system then 200MB data for 100M samples is on the low side.
