Please contact support@picotech.com for advice on isolators, it is not just power that is a factor the way the drivers work can cause some isolators issues.

I would look at the file location that you are trying to save to, it sounds as if the application doesn't have permission to save there. I would suggest creating a new directory within the File Save dialog and seeing if you are able to save correctly. If not then locate the trace.xml file as shown i...

It is the safety rating curve showing you the safe voltage as the frequency of your input signal increase
To avoid overloading the probe, note that its maximum input voltage
rating decreases as the frequency of the applied signal increases.

The Pico SDK, dll's and examples will only work with a PicoScope attached to the PC, they can't be used to communicate with other devices, sorry.
