Re: PicoScope 7 T&M Early Access program - Introduction

Not hugely important but a usability thing when using the Mac software versions.

One thing I have noticed also is that there is no 'Hide' option, as you would get by pressing ⌘H on your keyboard.
Strangely enough this option is present in PicoScope 6 but it doesn't actually work.

You can run two or more instances of the software with each instance connected to it's own scope, I regularly do this and they don't need to be in virtual machines.
Thanks Gerry, I might give that a try.

Re: 3 phase power measurement with 4824

We have no plans for allowing two or more scopes to be controlled from the same instance of the software. Hi again Gerry, on the back of this I'm thinking of other ways to use more than one scope on one computer and have thought that maybe; Use the unit(s) in virtual machines. Trouble with this app...

Re: 3 phase power measurement with 4824

Again, it depends what you are measuring. I'm wondering if you are not using the word, 'quality' as I am.
I do single phase, three phase and DC.

I've been wondering if PicoScope 6 or 7 will support two 4444s as I might buy another but have had no feedback yet.

Sounds like PicoLog as opposed to PicoScope might help here?

Re: Automatic Saving PicoScope 7.0.77

Hi Silver.
Are you using 4 scopes connected to one computer with a single instance of the Picoscope software running?

Re: PicoScope 7 T&M Early Access program - Introduction

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place for these questions or even the right time for them but here goes anyway; Are there any plans to allow more than one scope for a single instance of Picoscope.app? Are there any plans to allow multiple instances of Picoscope.app? Are there any plans to incr...

Re: 3 phase power measurement with 4824

Does that not depend exactly what you are measuring? If you are only interested in a source voltage then you need 3, 4 if star connected. If you are only interested in a source current then you need 3, 4 if star connected. If you are interested in both a source voltage and a source current only then...

Re: 3 phase power measurement with 4824

Hi Nema, DwightG, Vivek and Martyn, I am working on some new options to develop on the 4824. Do you have some work done on this and can we patch them? Thank you Hi Hanane, I was just asking out of curiosity. I actually have recently purchased use a 4444 which I intend to use for all sorts regarding...

Picolog huge voltage offset with 4444.

Hi all, I've sent through an email to support on March 8th but not yet received a reply. I'll summarise here if anybody can help. First some info; a). I use my Picoscope mainly for low voltage monitoring of IGBT firing etc but mainly high voltage measurements. That means 3 phase power to 480VAC and ...

Re: Software for Mac

Morning Gerry, just a brief Q that I've seen asked previously about earlier versions. Will I be able to connect and run more than 1 scope at a time per application, or even run two instances of Picoscope simultaneously? Would be a great feature that I'm sure people would be more than happy to see. T...
